Dashboards

Dashboards are grid-based layouts of widgets. They let you combine multiple visualizations into a single view that your team can use for monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.

The dashboard list

Navigate to Dashboards in the left sidebar to see all dashboards in your organization. Each dashboard card shows:

  • Dashboard name and owner
  • Number of widgets
  • Last updated date
  • A star icon to mark favorites

Use the Search box to filter by name. Toggle My Dashboards to see only dashboards you own.

Favorited dashboards appear in a separate section at the top of the list for quick access.

Actions

From the list, you can:

  • Click View to open a dashboard in read-only mode
  • Click Edit to open the dashboard editor (if you have permission)
  • Click the trash icon to delete a dashboard
  • Click the star icon to add or remove from favorites

View-only users can view dashboards but cannot edit or delete them.

Creating a dashboard

Click New Dashboard to create a blank dashboard. You'll land in the dashboard editor where you can add widgets, arrange them on the grid, and configure inputs.
