Create a Dashboard from Existing Widgets
Build a dashboard by arranging widgets on a grid layout.
Prerequisites: You have at least one widget in your organization.
Steps
1. Create a new dashboard
- Go to Dashboards in the left sidebar.
- Click New Dashboard.
- Enter a name for your dashboard.
2. Add widgets
- Click the grid icon ("Add Widget") in the right toolbar.
- Browse the list of available widgets, or use the search box.
- Click a widget to add it to the dashboard.
You should see the widget appear on the grid.
- Repeat for each widget you want to add.
3. Arrange the layout
- Drag widgets by their header to reposition them on the grid.
- Resize widgets by dragging the handle at the bottom-right corner.
- Widgets snap to the 24-column grid and cannot overlap.
Place your most important widgets near the top so they're visible without scrolling.
4. Preview
Click View in the top toolbar to switch to view mode. You'll see the dashboard as your users will see it, with all widgets rendering live data.
Click Edit to return to editing.
5. Save
Click Save in the top toolbar.
