User Settings and AI Preferences

The User Settings page lets you manage your account information and configure how the AI Agent behaves for you.

Account​

  • First name / Last name — Update your display name.
  • Role — Shows your current role (Admin, Member, or View-Only). Roles are assigned by admins.
  • Organization — Shows which organization you're currently in.
  • Sign Out — Log out of Crow's Nest.

AI Preferences​

Global AI Notes​

Set persistent instructions that are included in every AI Agent conversation. These notes apply whenever you use the agent in the widget editor.

Use this for:

  • Style preferences — "Always use a dark background with white text" or "Use Chart.js for all charts"
  • Terminology — "Our production lines are called Line A through Line F"
  • Patterns — "Always include error handling for getData calls"

Global AI notes are personal to you and not shared with other users in your organization.
